So we’ve designed a programme of evening of events addressing the most pressing issues facing today’s leaders and managers plus a series of dinners specifically to support senior and first line managers.

This exclusive series of evening dinners has been specially designed for senior leaders and fellows. Hear from an inspiring leader on how they made their way to the top plus network with other senior professionals. You’ll get the opportunity to debate leadership – how it works in real life situations.
Learning from leaders
Three ILM Fellows will share their tips for success, based on their personal leadership journey and management experience. Find out what they wish they'd known earlier in their career, compare their ideas with your own and engage in a lively discussion with other delegates on strategies for successful leadership.
Evening events
This year’s events programme takes an informed look at leadership – how to handle conflict management, utilise NLP and network effectively. Open to all grades of members and studying members, ILM evening events are the ideal platform to find out about the latest leadership thinking – plus network with like-minded managers in your area.
