The ILM NVQ in the Management of Volunteers (NQF Level 3) has been specially designed for practising managers responsible for managing individual volunteers, or groups of volunteers, directly on a day-to-day basis. Flexibility is achieved through optional units which complement the five mandatory units designed to cover the core competences needed by today’s managers working within the voluntary sector.
