This half day session is designed for anyone new to ILM – either from organisations newly approved as ILM centres/recognised providers, or those recently appointed in new roles. The event is for anyone managing or delivering ILM VRQ, NVQ or Endorsed/Development programmes and exploring the full range of benefits that can be achieved through working effectively with ILM.

This half day session is an ideal opportunity for centre staff to learn about the latest research, products and resources available from ILM. We will look at ways of helping you to maximise your product portfolio and generate new business opportunities. It is an ideal event to share best practice and gain greater knowledge of the resources that can make a programme more cost effective.

VRQs 2012 – the next generation

In September 2012 we will release a new streamlined VRQ portfolio. This half day session will guide you through the planned changes to our management, leadership and coaching qualifications.

Who should attend: Centres currently delivering ILM VRQs qualifications in management, leadership or leadership & management up to and including Level 5 (this includes dual programmes and technical certificates). Centres delivering coaching VRQs up to level 7.
