Speaker profile: Tom Bamber

Following the completion of a Business Management degree and 6 summer seasons as an outward bound coordinator for youth groups, Tom joined The College of NLP as a Consultant, Coach and Lead Trainer. An extremely skilful facilitator Tom is comfortable working with clients from the front line to the boardroom across a variety of business sectors - from Greater Manchester Police and the NHS to Norwich Union, the BOC Group and Porsche GB. Tom’s focus is to enable people to continually perform at their best through enhancing their skills, attitudes and beliefs. Creating and delivering innovative learning interventions he focuses on the most effective and quickest methods to enable and empower delegates to return to their working environment and demonstrate their enhanced skills in important areas of Leadership & Management. He is currently a programme leader on the ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching & Leadership Mentoring combined with the NLP Diploma and the INLPTA NLP Practitioner Programme.
