ILM has further enhanced the in-built flexibility of its qualifications by developing a number of customised qualifications, designed in direct response to the specific needs of individual employers and industry sectors.
This unique service is normally available for organisations offering learner registrations in excess of 500. The qualifications are developed jointly between ILM and the client, through a combination of bespoke units written especially for the employer/industry in question, and a selection of existing units taken from the core ILM team leading or management qualifications.
Customised qualifications can be accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) if required allowing successful learners to transfer their achievements to other qualifications as appropriate.
