Graduates from the Pathways to Success, Stepping Up to Leadership, Administering the Business and Managing Ministerial and Business Communications programmes

Held at Cardiff's SWALEC Stadium, the event was a graduation day for people who recently completed accredited training programmes. The programmes were specifically designed by Eliesha for the Welsh Assembly Government to form part of the Government's learning and development interventions.

"It was a fabulous event and I thoroughly enjoyed it," said Ceris Morgan who completed her Stepping Up To Leadership training, ILM Level 5 Award in Management.

Representatives from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), the University of Hertfordshire (UoH) and the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales (CQFW) also present attended the event.
