Phoenix Training & Development a preferred provider

Phoenix Training & Development has been selected by the new unitised Northumberland Council as their preferred provider of management development.
Phoenix Training & Development will provide management development programmes to meet the development needs of approximately 16,000 employees under the new overarching unitised banner.
Phoenix was selected from a number of providers based on the extensive experience of its professional personnel in the design, development and delivery of ILM qualifications to meet client needs.
Two cohorts of Level 3 first line manager awards commenced in early September, which will be delivered as a 'taught' programme, the other being a distance learning programme. These programmes were chosen to enable individuals to receive professional management development and gain formal nationally recognised qualifications that will make them more effective and efficient in their management roles.
