Tyro has partnered with Incommunities Group Limited, the largest social housing provider in the Bradford district, to develop a programme for team leaders and chargehands, using the ILM Award in Team Leading.

Tyro examined what Incommunities needed to develop their staff and worked with their team to develop a comprehensive and effective programme.

The options offered by the range and flexibility of ILM qualifications meant they could develop a programme that met Incommunities operational needs and provide personal development for the participants who achieved a formal and recognised qualification.

Ian Stone, Incommunities' employee learning and development consultant said: "Throughout the programme Tyro worked with us to design a programme matching our needs with ILM units. This approach enabled us to integrate internal documents, policies and procedures into the programme; they also worked with the team on improving some of the documents in place."
