Postal Strikes
During the national postal strikes, please avoid sending us urgent documents by post and use email and the Walled Garden portal wherever possible. We have an action plan in place to minimise disruption to our customers.
Issuing of certificates
We anticipate that our standard 15 working day turnaround for issuing certificates will be affected by the strikes. If you have not received your certificates within 5 working days of your awards ceremony, or urgently require them for any other reason, please use our Certificate Hotline. E-mail certificates@i-l-m.com or telephone 01543 266831 quoting the relevant order number and we will dispatch your certificates by courier for delivery within two working days.
Approval confirmations
In addition to posting approval confirmation, as usual, we will also be issuing them by e-mail.
Results lists
Wherever possible, avoid posting results lists to ILM. Please e-mail your results lists through to your Quality Administrator instead.
Walled Garden
If possible, avoid paper registration altogether, and use the Walled Garden to register your candidates electronically. If you do not have a Walled Garden account, please apply for one here.

Build your business with Napier University
Edinburgh Napier University has developed an innovative new BA degree programme in business and enterprise which enables students to progress from ILM Level 4 NVQs or Level 5 VRQs in management, leadership or business disciplines into year 3 of a degree. The university is running lunchtime meetings for interested centres.
ILM Centres now have the opportunity to participate in this exciting new venture, by partnering with the University in one or more ways:
• Providing referrals to the programme from your L4/L5 learners
• Facilitating parts of L5 VRQs through a blended online approach that feeds students on to the degree
• Delivering L5 VRQs through your own approval and feeding them on to the degree
• Delivering parts of the degree programme in-house
Napier University is holding a series of lunchtime meetings, hosted around England, to meet people who are interested in any of these partnership opportunities. This invitation is open to any ILM Centre.
Please complete the attached fax back sheet to book a place at your chosen venue. Should you not be able to attend any of the events but would like to discuss this opportunity, please contact Clare Jenkinson, Assistant Faculty Manager at Napier University on 0131 455 4541, or email c.jenkinson@napier.ac.uk.
