NHS staff set for success

18 Knowsley Health & Wellbeing Workforce NHS staff members received ILM certificates at an awards ceremony held at Knowsley Community College, Huyton, Liverpool.

NHS staff from Knowsley Heald & Wellbeing Workforce successfully completed their ILM Team Leading Certificate Level 2 and First Line Management Certificate/Diploma Level 3 qualifications.

Elizabeth Mercer from Knowsley Health & Wellbeing Workforce said: "Taking this ILM qualification has been a fantastic opportunity for the organisation. It has really boosted the confidence of our aspiring managers and managers and provided them with the skills to become more effective in their jobs, which is particularly important in these difficult times when good leadership is vital."

The ILM qualifications were delivered by Knowsley Community College.
