This has been designed to support learners as they work towards an ILM qualification. Free for six months and accessed via this website, learners gain a range of specially selected benefits to help them complete their course – book summaries, study guides, news and information.

Professional membership
This is split into five grades to suit leaders and managers through the various stages of their career;
- Affiliate (AInstLM) for new or aspiring leaders and managers with less than three years’ management experience
- Associate (AMInstLM) for managers with at least five year’s management experience
- Member (MInstLM) with at least five years’ management experience and a management-related qualification
- Fellow (FInstLM) at least seven years’ management experience (5 at a senior level) and a management-related qualification
- Companion (CInstLM) invitation only
