Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw
A free prize draw (“the Draw”) will be held on 2 February 2012 for all persons who have either submitted the survey or entered the draw by email by the close of the survey.
The Draw is for a chance to win one of five Amazon vouchers worth £100 (“the Prize”).
The following terms and conditions apply to the Draw.
The promoter of the draw is the Institute of Leadership and Management, 1 Giltspur Street, London, EC1A 9DD (Company Number 601049 and Registered charity in England & Wales 248226 and in Scotland SC039693) (“the Promoter”).
(1) To enter the Draw you must submit the survey or email charles.bodsworth@i-l-m.com with “Draw for Amazon vouchers: website card sort” in the subject heading with your contact details.
(2) By entering the Draw you are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
(3) The Draw is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over who are members (professional and trial members) of the Institute of Leadership & Management, except employees of the City & Guilds Group, their agents, families or partners.
(4) The Promoter reserves the right to request evidence of the winner’s role
(5) Only one entry permitted per person.
(6) All entrants who have submitted a survey or emailed charles.bodsworth@i-l-m.com will be automatically entered into the Draw provided they have given their name and a valid email address or contact number.
(7) No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted due to any reason whatsoever.
(8) No purchase is necessary to enter this Draw.
(9) Entries will be accepted from 26 January 2012 until midnight on 1 February 2012.
(10) The Draw will take place on 2 February 2012.
(11) The Prize will be awarded to the first name randomly selected. There is no prize or cash alternative offered.
(12) The Promoter will endeavour to notify the winner by email or phone within 14 days of the Draw. If the winner does not claim the Prize within one month of notification, he or she forfeits the Prize and another random winner will be selected in their place.
(13) The Promoter will not be liable if the Prize does not reach a prize winner for reasons beyond its control or if the Prize is damaged during delivery.
(14) The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
(15) The winner agrees to the use of his or her name for the purposes of 16 below. No other promotional activity is intended at this time.
(16) The name of the winner will be available on request after 8 February 2012 by emailing charles.bodsworth@i-l-m.com.
(17) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Draw and/or substitute the Prize for one of equivalent value at any time without notice.
(18) These Terms and Conditions are subject to the English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
